In 1997, when I first started, I wanted to learn how to drive traffic to my websites with keyword searches, so I targeted jokes so I would be in the top 5 of searches.
I discovered that while I was able to get a lot of traffic, that traffic came for laughs, not to buy anything, so I began writing websites targeted for the businesses that I was promoting.
In the early days that was pretty easy, but with Google dominating nowadays, not so much.
Today's version of Hartfelt.net is just a hobby that I update once in a while to keep it current.

Being a Journalist in my younger days, I am saddened by how far Journalism has sunk into lies and distorting the facts.
Yellow journalism was coined in the 19th century to describe journalism that relies on eye-catching headlines, exaggeration and sensationalism to increase sales, but todays form is Journalism its even worse..they are not selling newspapers, they are promoting socialism, supporting deviant behavior and undermining traditional American Values.

Roger Koplin Jr moved his Pro Shop to Gardnerville, NV. In June of 2024, the bowl has opened under new ownership by a group of local bowlers, They have done a lot of remodeling, but it is a work in progress. Stop by and say Hi and stay awhile. It's a great little bowl and a wonderful town to move to.
